Covid-19 delays

Due to the recent spike of the Covid-19 pandemic, our shipping carriers have informed us of increased delays. As a result of reduced staff and a record of online ordering. Our current shipping estimates is 8-12 days after the order has shipped. Enzo Footwear and Apparel is not responsible for delays in delivery by the shipping carrier. Delays for delivery is not grounds for refund. 

Our fulfillment team is also experiencing delays as a result of the pandemic. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 6 days from when the order was placed. We are working around the clock to fulfill orders as fast as possible without risking the health of our staff. 

We appreciate your patience during the unprecedented conditions. 

SHIPPING:

NOTE: 
Please expect delays on shipment as we will be on vacation during the January 27th to February 7th. The store will still accept orders, but fulfillment will be pushed back until the 8th of February. 

Shipping time may increase due to Covid and courier delays. In some rare cases by extra 30 days. If your package doesn't arrive within 15 days please contact us at enzofootwear@gmail.com. We'll help you locate it.

Orders are processed for shipment with 24 hours of being placed and cannot be changed after this time. Order cancelations and changes can only be accepted within 24 hours under the condition that the has not been fulfilled. Please Contact Us Here if you need to make a change to your order.

Shipping Estimates:

USA/AU/FR/SP 7-15 business days 

DE/UK/IT/BE/CA - 10-20 business days to arrive. 

Rest of the World: 20-45 business days. 

Processing time of an order: 1-5 business days. 

Our current shipping estimate for the United States, Canada, Australia, And Europe is 7 to 20 days if no delays, after the order has shipped. Our shipping estimates for all other countries range from two to four weeks depending on how remote the region is. 

*Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not be able to refund orders or hipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date. We are also not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen during shipping. We are also not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen during shipping unless Delivery Insurance was purchased by the buyer. Refunds Policy

If you receive the wrong order or if your order is permanently damaged during delivery, we can offer either a full refund or to resend your order. If you select a refund, it will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at support@enzofootwear.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Return Policy:

Having issues with your order? Exchange your order for a different size! We offer exchanges on footwear orders that have sizing issues so that our customers can enjoy the perfect fit. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. This exchange policy does not apply to all products. items discounted 10% or higher or buy 2 get 1 free are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We do not offer exchanges for different colors. We always ship the color that is selected when the order is placed. Please confirm that you have selected the correct size and color before submitting your order.

Please do not send your exchange back to our distribution facility. Please contact our support team at support@enzofootwear.com when making an exchange for the returned address.
